Twelve of the affordable housing communities we manage are funded by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and are subsidized under Section 8 of the Rental Assistance Program. Carondelet Commons was built with a grant from the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and offers rents are based on residents’ incomes.

Eligibility

Persons of low income who are elderly or adults who are mobility-impaired, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, marital status or gender are eligible for housing in DePaul Housing Management communities.
